Swaply – Data Deletion

Option A: In‑App Deletion (Recommended)

1. Open the Swaply app.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
3. Confirm deletion. Your account, listings and authentication will be permanently removed.

Option B: Request by Email

Send an email to jinlongma590@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. We will verify your identity and delete your data within 30 days.

What Will Be Deleted

• Account profile (name, email, avatar),
• Your listings, images, and related metadata,
• Authentication records.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited records necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
