Swaply (“we”, “us”) provides a classifieds marketplace. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information when you use our mobile app and website.

Information We Collect

Facebook Login Data: name, email address, profile picture, and Facebook user ID (if you choose to sign in with Facebook).
Account & Listing Data: phone number (if you provide it), item photos, titles, descriptions, prices, and city.
Technical Data: device identifiers, IP address, log data, and analytics events.

How We Use Your Information

Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
Create and display your listings and profile.
Prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with the law.
Improve our services and user experience.

Legal Basis

We process data as necessary to perform our contract with you (to provide the service), based on your consent (e.g., connecting Facebook), and to pursue our legitimate interests (security, improvement).

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, customer support) under data processing agreements, and when required by law.

Data Storage & Retention

We store data on trusted cloud providers. Account and listing data are retained while your account is active and as required by law. You may delete your account at any time (see “Data Deletion”).

Your Rights

Children

Swaply is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country).
